The Mail Box is a piece of furniture added first in the Garden Update. It was re-added in the version 7.0.0 of the mod with a lot of improvements.
The model has completely changed to looks like a real mail box. The mail box is now available in every type of wood and stripped wood.
The textures used for the Mail Box are a mix of wood log and planks for wood variants and stripped log and log for stripped wood variants. These texture are sampled from the current texture pack, meaning they are supported by any texture pack.
You can now name mail boxes via a GUI.
Naming your Mail Box[]
You can now name Mail Boxes. To name a Mail Box, right click a Mail box you have place and click the button on the right to open a GUI. This GUI allows you to change the Mail Box's name. Click the "Save" button to save the name.
Crafting recipe[]
The Mail box needs one chest and two Upgraded Fences of a same type of wood to be crafted.
Place the chest in the top middle and Upgraded Fences in the middle and bottom middle.
For stripped wood variants, replace wooden Upgraded Fences by their stripped wood variants.
